Terms and Conditions

We think there are a few important things that those going to a groomer should know, like:

• Make sure you tell us if your dog has ever had any health or behavioural problems, so we can ensure the correct procedures are used to protect the health and safety of ourselves and other dogs.

 

• All dogs must be vaccinated. While Lush Puppies endeavours to ensure the well being of all animals at the salon, we cannot guarantee against every situation, and so will not be liable for consequences of any unforeseen circumstances.

 

• Grooming difficult animals is risky business, and owners must accept that pets may have soreness or mild irritation from the grooming process. Lush Puppies is not responsible for the cost of treating any minor ailments. If any injury requiring vet assistance occurs we will do our best to contact you, however in an emergency your pet will be taken to the first available clinic.

 

• Appointment times must be kept. While we can occasionally be flexible around late appointments, we generally have to re-book for appointments later than half an hour. Continual no shows can also incur a $30 penalty. We understand that sometimes circumstances can conspire against you, and a simple phone call is appreciated when you can’t make your appointment. We also offer Groom + Daycare deals for those who find it’s easier to leave your dog with us for the day.
